Our AGM is held annually and gives our members and members of the public insight to the running of Biggar Corn Exchange LTD ( a charity ).

During the AGM, the meeting is managed by the chair of trustees and reports on the various sub-groups and committees is given. Anyone can have the chance to ask questions to the board of trustees or individual trustees during or just after the meeting.

Members are given the opportunity to vote on various matters arising during the AGM and can vote in person or by sending in a proxy vote.
